Many individuals can experience symptoms associated painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. 

 Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. 

 Many children with behavioral issues benefit from therapy that allows them to express themselves without consequences and build up their level of trust with the counselor.  

Teens can benefit from meeting with a counselor to talk to about a variety of topics, ranging from relationship issues to questions about sexual identity. We help youth with depression, anxiety disorders, behavior problems, trauma, grief, stress and school related issues.

Family therapy focuses on helping the family function in more positive and constructive ways by exploring patterns of communication and providing support and education.
